Mexico's former president, Vicente Fox, took his turn at poking shots at George W. Bush in a new book, saying that the US president is a "windshield cowboy" and "the cockiest guy I have ever met in my life." He also claims that the Shrubinator is afraid of horses. Fox was often portrayed as one of Bush's closest allies. For Fox to call Bush the "cockiest person he's ever met" is really saying something too. After all, Fox had to rise through the politics of Mexico, a country known for it's machismo and corruption in politics as well as in all things male.
